This is the first studio painting I ever created digitally.  She is the goddess of spring and abundant harvest, creating new universes with every seed she sows.  She reminds us of our abundance with her offering of her seeds.  Cascading from her fingertips is a cosmic ribbon, and for every seed sown that creates life on earth, a new galaxy is born.  Some say there could be a whole universe inside your thumbnail.  I like to apply this concept to seeds.  A seed is like a tiny capsule that carries a blueprint for the regeneration of the future.  It's mesmerizing to me that a tiny 1/8" capsule carries a 100' redwood tree inside, which over the next few thousand years will provide shade, shelter and compost for everything around it, and continue to spread seeds and populate the forest for thousands of years to come.
